Blackberry (4): Blackberry Bold

Are you a blackberry fanatic who are looking for a blackberry which offers you with a 3G connection, built-in GPS, a real web browser and Wi-Fi connection? If your answer is yes, Blackberry Bold is probably the most suitable blackberry phone for you? Unlike the other previous versions, this series of smart phone blackberry is not lacking of 3G, so in this Blackberry review, I can say that this is really a great improvement done by RIM( Research In Motion).

Looking at the design, you may say that Blackberry Bold is more elegantly designed than the previous versions. And guess what, it is really hand-friendly, which means when you hold it in your hand, it would feel very comfortable. It also has a very wide, sharp, and vivid 480×320 LCD screen which allows you to read email or your files very clearly. It also supports you to watch high quality video with various formats such as AVI, MPEG-4, DivX, XviD, WMV or even a 3GP clip.

Is there any camera provided with this gadget? The answer is yes, it provides you with a 2.0 Megapixels camera with flash on its back to allow you to take pictures or even videos of the memorable moments in your life. Don’t worry about the battery usage. As written in many other blackberry reviews, all blackberry series run applications which only consume a little battery power and it also applies to this Blackberry Bold so you only need to recharge the battery once in a few days unless if you use the Wi-Fi connection which consumes battery power faster.

Blackberry can not come without its full 35 keys keyboard and a trackball as the navigation tool. The QWERTY keyboard enables us to type faster while the trackball allows us to scroll through all the text or emails freely. If you have experienced using its trackball, you will realize that it is a very interesting navigation tool which can not be found in other cell phones. Writing and reading emails on Blackberry Bold is really comfortable, with its larger screen and slimmer fonts, we can easily read our emails at a glance. Last thing i would like to talk about is about the web browser, Blackberry Bold can be said to have a quite good web browser which allow us to render web pages faster, but unfortunately it does not support Flash animations. But of course it is not a big problem for us.
